OpenSea does not list a token until it sees it in a Transfer event. If the following link is a 404, then you can manually "announce" the token to trigger such an event, then try the link again.

Also, OpenSea may hide the token from your profile. To check, from your profile select the "More" dropdown, then "Hidden". If you see your token there, you can unhide it by clicking the three dots below it and selecting "Unhide".
